Purpose of JOTIWA.com

JOTIWA.com provides information about a direct physician network and allows healthcare organizations and licensed physicians to communicate regarding potential professional coverage needs and opportunities. The public website is informational and business-facing. It is not a patient-care portal, emergency service, medical record system, credentialing authority, employer-of-record representation, or guarantee of any professional engagement.

No automatic relationship or obligation

Visiting the site, emailing JOTIWA, submitting professional information, or being listed or considered within a network does not by itself create employment, independent-contractor, partnership, joint-venture, agency, fiduciary, referral, brokerage, insurer, payer, physician-patient, or other legal relationship. No party is obligated to offer, accept, continue, or complete an assignment unless a separate applicable agreement provides otherwise.

No guarantee of coverage, placement, rates, or availability

JOTIWA does not guarantee that any physician, specialty, location, schedule, assignment, rate, credentialing outcome, privilege, payer status, start date, or professional opportunity will be available or suitable. Availability can change. Website references to a specialty, state, procedure, or service describe network interests or potential capabilities and are not a promise that a particular physician is immediately available.

Professional qualifications and independent verification

Healthcare organizations are responsible for their own due diligence and for independently verifying any qualifications required for an engagement, including identity, licensure, education, training, board certification where relevant, competence, references, sanctions, exclusions, malpractice coverage, background requirements, credentialing, privileging, occupational-health requirements, payer requirements, and compliance with facility policies. Physicians are responsible for providing accurate information and for practicing only within lawful scope and privileges actually granted.

Clinical independence

Clinical judgment belongs to the treating or consulting licensed professional within the applicable care environment. JOTIWA does not direct independent clinical decision-making through this public website. Facilities and organizations remain responsible for their operations, patient-care systems, staffing structures, policies, emergency resources, supervision requirements, and credentialing decisions.

User representations

You represent that information you provide to JOTIWA is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have authority to provide it, and that your use of the site complies with applicable law. Separate agreements control professional engagements

If a physician and organization enter into a professional arrangement, the applicable written agreement, facility policies, credentialing documents, and legal requirements govern that engagement. If a conflict exists between these public website Terms and a separately executed agreement concerning a specific engagement, the executed agreement controls for that engagement to the extent of the conflict.

Termination and enforcement

JOTIWA may restrict or terminate access to the site when reasonably necessary to protect security, enforce these Terms, respond to unlawful conduct, or protect users or third parties. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Severability and entire website agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the general terms governing use of the public website, subject to any separate agreement applicable to a specific relationship or transaction.
